By using gonzoas.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Gonzo Auto Sales ("we," "us," or "our") may change these terms at any time by posting an updated version here.
Inventory, pricing, and accuracy
We work hard to keep the inventory on the Site accurate, but vehicles sell quickly and details are entered by people. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Listed prices, mileage, features, and photos may contain errors, and a listing on the Site is not an offer to sell at the listed price. The final price, terms, and vehicle condition are set only in a signed purchase agreement at the dealership.
Unless a listing says otherwise, prices exclude tax, title, license, registration, and any dealer documentation fee. Please confirm all details with us before relying on them.
Vehicle condition and disclosures
Used vehicles are sold with the disclosures required by the Federal Trade Commission's Used Car Rule and Oklahoma law. The Buyers Guide displayed on each used vehicle at the dealership controls over anything on the Site. Vehicle history reports, when provided, come from third parties and we do not guarantee their completeness. Rebuilt or salvage-title vehicles are identified as such in their listing and title documents.
Financing
Financing information on the Site is general and is not a commitment to lend. All financing is subject to credit approval by a lender, and rates, terms, and down payment depend on your credit, the vehicle, and lender requirements. "All credit welcome" means we will try to help; it does not guarantee approval.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes such as browsing inventory and contacting us. You may not copy our listings or photos in bulk, scrape the Site, interfere with its operation, submit false information through our forms, or use the Site for anything unlawful.
Your submissions
Information you send through the contact form must be accurate. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and to conduct business with you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The Gonzo Auto Sales name, logo, and the text, design, and photos on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission, other than to view the Site.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to lenders, vehicle history providers, or other outside websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties for the Site

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gonzo Auto Sales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Oklahoma consumer protection law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
